Terms & Conditions

Rental orders may be placed by phone or in person and will be confirmed only when the full deposit is made. When picking up items, we require full payment along with refundable security deposit for any loss, broken, damage items. The deposit can be taken from cash,debit,e transfer and credit card, kept on file until item is returned. Upon returns of items in good conditions security deposit will be refunded. Your security deposit and your credit card will be erased from our system in the event of any damage, loss, broken items and theft you will be charged for full cost of the items.

Prices are subject to change without notice all items are based upon availability. Items should be returned in the same condition it was rented. 

For chaffer warming dishes, please clean before returning. Items left dirty will be subjected to cleaning charges.

Please check ALL items on your rental form for accuracy before signing. Equipment is not considered reserved until this agreement is signed, Driver’s License & credit card authorization, and/or the order form is completed. Orders should be finalized with quantities of equipment, details, and final payment 3 days prior to delivery. Any changes are subjected to availability, additional fees and/or cancellation.

In the event of inclement weather tents are not to be used ( such as rainstorm).

Cancellation

Notice of 7 days prior to delivery date is required to cancel any orders. Once items leave the store, they are considered rented. Addition to the order will be honored if available. Tent items are subjected to be charged in full 5 days before the event.
